Erik R. Noland is the founder of Noland Law Office. He opened the office with the goal of providing a personal touch and representing those injured or wronged through no fault of their own. At Noland Law Office, you are not just a number. You can always speak to your attorney, and you will never get the runaround from an assistant. Erik is always available to his clients for a sit-down discussion or to just listen to any concerns they may have.

Erik is from Ethel, Louisiana, in East Feliciana Parish, and he received his bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. Erik subsequently attended Southern University Law School, earning his Juris Doctorate (JD). During his time at Southern Law, he was appointed as a representative of his class, was a member of the judicial committee, was a student member on the faculty honor code investigatory committee, and received an award for extraordinary service to the school.

Upon graduation, Erik immediately entered a small firm’s private practice, emphasizing personal injury, homeowner’s insurance claims, and family law. In 2020, the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys recognized Erik as one of the top 10 family law attorneys under the age of 40 in the United States. Erik has recovered over thirty-five million dollars and counting in damages for Hurricane Ida victims whose insurance company refused to pay them what they were owed.

Noland Law Office includes an experienced team of attorneys and legal assistants that handle cases for personal injury, homeowner’s insurance claims, family law, and other complex litigation matters across the entire State of Louisiana in both state and federal courts.

Erik is married to Amber Noland and has two children, a three-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son. In his spare time, Erik enjoys spending time with his family, all aspects of the outdoors, and cheering on the Saints and Tigers. He is an active member of the community and his profession. Recently, Erik volunteered to judge the Louisiana Mock Trial Competition, a statewide high school mock trial event. Erik is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Baton Rouge Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association for Justice. He is also a hearing committee member on the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board, the trial court level for attorney misconduct. Erik is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts and all courts in Texas.
